This Christmas just gone has to have been one of the best for hubby and self, as we finally got to tell our family and friends that we are expecting our first child in 2013.
My 12 week scan went really well yesterday and the fetus has a strong heartbeat, which is great. I can't wait to find out more at my 19 week scan. It always seems like weeks between the scans but it's exciting to hear or see our baby at these appointments. I got to see the fetus kicking on screen yesterday and was told that it shouldn't be too long before I can feel it.
The neaseous feeling I did have, has gone but I still seem to be waking up too early for my own good. Hopefully I might get to sleep in a bit more soon, if my body lets me.
